Queenie is a 13 year old little donkey with a little heart shape on her backside. Her registered name is “Queen of Hearts”. She is very kind and friendly. Her best friend is “Rumor”, another cute little donkey. They have been together since birth. They live with four other donkeys, two horses, 3 chickens and a chocolate lab on the Laughing Donkey Farm. She likes apples, carrots, and also almost anything edible and some things that are not edible. She enjoys visitors to the farm, especially children and seniors. Her favorite movie is Shrek.

Unique qualities 

Queenie is not stubborn, she just takes her time when analyzing the situation then decides when she wants to solve the problem, which would make her a great advocate for all residents of Orcas Island.

She is a jenny which is a little girl donkey. She has visited nursing homes and schools and has given supportive care to those in need. She has great ears and can hear another donkey’s bray many miles away. She has exceptional listening skills. She knows her name and tips an ear when called by name. She has an excellent memory and can recognize places and other donkeys over 25 years ago. Shows excitement with a bray when it’s time to eat. She is brave and always stands her ground.
