Campaign Manager: Gigi Carter

The Scoop 

Roxie's full name is Roxanne Shante Carter. She had a rough start on the streets of Jackson, Mississippi. She ended up in a shelter that cared for her for several months before she made the two thousand-mile journey and arrived at her fur-ever home here on Orcas Island. Roxie is a three-year-old pitbull-plott hound mix who loves to run, play and sniff butts at the dog park. She enjoys long walks in town and on the trails. Every so often, you'll find Roxie being among the people at the local brewery.
